Clear Mind is a self-development aid tool, which is to help you keep your mind focused on a useful believe system that is working for you and not against you. Its purpose is to remind yourself to fight your limiting believes which can take away your motivation for achieving your important goals.
The subjects of clear mind are
1) How to increase motivation,
2) How to increase happiness,
3) How to reduce fear,
4) How to reduce anger and
-
5)How to reduce lust.
Clear Mind has two main entrances:
1) Meditations and
2) Affirmations.
The Meditations is to be used when you have 5-10 minutes in private where you can delve into a single subject. The Affirmations is to be used if you want to “clear your mind” so to speak, and can be used when you are “on-the-go”. Clear Mind also contains a gimmick – a mini game - that allows you to ease your mind.
The Meditations has a teasing header, an introduction and a meditation part. You select your meditation from a list, read and contemplate on the introduction (5-10 pages) and spend 5 or more minutes in meditation. During a meditation you keep your own pace.
The affirmations are presented to you randomly and are covering all subjects.

From the shown view you can scroll between the available meditations and choose a meditation. The screen will change and you will have 7-10 pages of introduction. Contemplate on this. After the last introduction page the screen will change to a meditation view. Stay with this view for about 5 minutes of meditation.
